Synchronized IT system integration for 9,000 field reps for Dendrite client, Pfizer, without interruption. Client wanted to integrate 2,400 Parke-Davis reps with existing 6,400 reps during system migration to new Virginia facility. Divided into two manageable segments, directed timing, and crafted innovative management workflow solutions, avoiding lag time. Designed and commenced implementation cutover in three weeks, saving MDA Services 80% in overhead. Company's plan to move claims process to new platform stalled after 15 months of no progress by two other vendors. Identified and evaluated bottlenecks. Initiated and gained agreement with management to implement a first phase, with subsequent milestones clearly defined. Completed entire project one month ahead of schedule.
Developed comprehensive end-to-end test plan, migrating Robert Plan client to new system. Historically, client’s migration to a new IT system had been unsuccessful. Led project collaboration, using client resources to design and build reliable testing platform, verifying system integration. Identified core program issues and re-tooled, improving dependability. Senior Technical Project Manager, Dendrite International, 1999 to 2001. Recruited by this $375M computer services organization, providing services and software management. Analyzed sales efforts for pharmaceutical industry. Coordinated daily electronic traffic between 9,000 member sales force and management staff. Managed three project leaders and 15 support programmers, coordinating short-term custom projects on multiple AIX application servers, HP database servers and Windows file servers.
